Ma'alahi is the Hawaiian word used for the feeling of contentment, simplicity, and ease.

Ma'a means to adapt,  custom, habit, experienced; Lahi means delicate.

Overall, Ma’alahi is a pervasive persuasion toward calm, peace and serenity, and the feeling one gets when all is good and right in one's life. This is what Ma’alahi Wellness is about: working towards that feeling and adapting habits that will get us and keep us centered.

The logo is a warrior in  Bow Pose, which is also known as Dhanurasana in the Sanskrit language. This yoga pose helps develop internal balance and harmony. The warrior is also holding dumbbells to signify strength. Overall, it shows the physical and spiritual strength that we are all capable of producing in ourselves and in each other as human beings.
